Job Scope:
- Involvement in stock control and management
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
- Stocking shelves with merchandise
- Answering queries from customers
- Giving advise and guidance on product selection to customers
- Dealing with customer refunds/exchanges and complaints
- Keeping the store tidy and clean

Requirements:
- Only Kenyans or Permanent Residents need apply
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- Have a friendly and engaging personality
- Good communication skills
- Able to remain calm and work under pressure
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience as a retail sales assistant is preferred
